LEMONT: noun. lemoxyea lomanicus is a rare and endangered cave-dwelling troglodytic amphibian native to Central Texas, from Tarrant County southward along the eastern and southern edge of the Edwards Aquifer.  The lomanicus is the only species with a breeding range confined to Texas, and has vestigial external gills for absorbing oxygen from its surrounding liquids.  Its diet varies by what flows into its cave, including hot dogs, red beans and rice, spiral-sliced ham, and Wendy's.  Further study in its natural habitat is required for complete understanding of this once-magnificent creature.
SAVE LEMONT is currently the oldest Alliance Guild on Blood Furnace.  We raid, we do dungeons, we pvp, we arena, we do oldschool, we do achievements, we do it all, we do it weekly, but most of all, we have fun.  All events are open to the general public however guild members take priority over non members.  If you are not a guild member and would like to be, please submit an application under the Application Tab.

Chapter I:  In The Beginning - Once upon a time there were certain individuals spread out across the world that had played the games of Blizzard Entertainment for many years.  Around the same time, Blizzard introduces its toughest challenge, World Of Warcraft.  One of these individuals playing games was the being known as Dragonmark.  He had allies spread across the universe.  Knowing the World of Warcraft would be a much larger challenge than all the other games combined, Dragonmark summoned all his allies together to form a band of brothers dedicated to keeping order in the land of Azeroth .  Behold, the birth of the Alliance Guild, SAVE LEMONT.
Chapter II:  SAVE LEMONT VS. Prince Arthas - Two original goals of SAVE LEMONT were to defeat Illidan, The Demon Hunter and Prince Arthas.  Illidan had been defeated, however Arthas had yet to make his way into our realm.  A recent rumor has emerged that Arthas is almost upon us in his Icecrown Citadel.  SAVE LEMONT  is announcing intentions to tackle Icecrown Citadel with full enthusiasm and rededication to focused raiding. If you yearn for a return to a dedicated raiding guild, ready yourself. Arthas will be conquered.
Chapter III:  The Return Of Cptsmith And Kurtie - You may have noticed recently that half of the officers of SAVE LEMONT have decided to take a break from the game until Arthas is introduced.  The guild has concluded that the only way to take down Arthas is to have its original officers return for one last epic battle.  The mightiest of tanks, The Paladin Cptsmith will once again take up his shield.  The master of damage, The Warlock Kurtie will return to the dark arts he had sworn to forget.  Heeding the call for battle these heroes have decided to leave their home lands to join together one last time when Arthas makes his appearance.  Defeat is not an option.
Chapter IV:  The Call Of Dragonmark - This is a call to all our past, present, and future members to come and join us for the final conflict.  Once again we will leave a path of fallen Horde behind us in Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms as our brave souls press onward uniting with other mighty friends and allies to strengthen our guild.  SAVE LEMONT is recruiting current heroes and former legends for this feat.  As Dragonmark blows his mighty horn, we hope that our brethren will hear the sound of the horn and join us for one last battle.  "Heed the call my brothers, SAVE LEMONT summons you for one last battle, come back to us friend."  As our guild is upon the steps of Icecrown none of these heroes knows what awaits their final journey except a fallen prince and his soul-less army.
Chapter V:  In The End, But Not Truly The End - Since it is obvious that because World Of Warcraft is a game that never ends, the officers of SAVE LEMONT have decided that our finale will be the destruction of Prince Arthas.  Upon the completion of the Icecrown content, many members will be bowing out indefinitely from the World of Warcraft.  Real life and new gaming content will eventually begin to consume us, but not before the defeat of Prince Arthas.  And with our greatest foe defeated these legends plan to return to their respective homelands where they look to the stars and wait for their next crafted Blizzard Journey.  We may vanish from this game only to appear in another one right next door.  Once more unto the breach dear friends... Once more.  If this is to be our final battle, let it be our greatest...
 
Dragonmark (center) summons his allies for our final battle.  Prepare yourselves for the return of Cptsmith (left) and Kurtie (right) to kill Arthas once and for all...
